D-Tek Fuzion Pro Mount Review

Wednesday 12th March 2008

What's in the box

The mount comes in two pieces shown here with the hold down screwed to the black backplate.  Unfortunately ours didn't come with instructions so we were intially stuck as to where in the several layers of Fuzion block to mount it! Also included are 4 new screws. They have crossheads not allen heads so much easier to fit. You'll need to replace the screws currently holding the block together with these.

Old vs new, the stock plate on the left with springs and sittings, the Fuzion at the top along with the new hold down and springs and the new backplate. the springs and screws are fixed to the plate so it's impossible to lose them - a real blessing as I've los count how many times the black threaded adjusters had gone flying and I find myself with only three!
